4. Changes to Your Booking
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your booking, including changes to guest numbers, timings or venue, subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply where extra equipment, staffing or travel is required.
5. Party Numbers
Our party packages include a maximum number of children as stated at the time of booking.
If you wish to invite additional children, please let us know in advance. Additional charges may apply.
6. Age Recommendations
Our brick-building parties are generally recommended for children aged 5 years and over.
If your child is aged 4 and already enjoys playing safely with LEGO® bricks, we are happy to accommodate them. As every child develops at their own pace, we ask parents to use their judgement when booking. Our equipment contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
7. Venue Requirements
For parties held at your home or a venue hired by you, the customer is responsible for ensuring:
- The venue is clean, safe and suitable for children's activities.
- Adequate space is available for the booked number of guests.
- Suitable tables and seating are available unless otherwise agreed.
- The venue is accessible for unloading equipment.
- Heating, lighting and toilet facilities are available.
We reserve the right to modify activities if the venue is unsuitable or presents a safety risk.
8. Supervision
The birthday child's parent or another responsible adult aged 18 or over must remain at the venue throughout the party.
Pop Up Bricks staff are responsible for delivering the activity but are not responsible for the overall supervision of children attending the event.
Parents remain responsible for children who require one-to-one support or additional supervision.
9. Behaviour
We want every child to have a fantastic time. We ask that all children:
- Treat others with kindness and respect.
- Follow instructions from Pop Up Bricks staff.
- Use the equipment appropriately.
- Help look after the bricks and equipment.
If behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, we may ask the supervising adult to intervene. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to end activities for individuals or, if necessary, the entire event.
10. Health & Medical Information
Please let us know before the party if any child attending has:
- Allergies.
- Medical conditions.
- Additional needs that may affect participation.
This allows us to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible.
11. Food & Allergies
Unless specifically agreed, Pop Up Bricks does not provide food or drinks.
We are not responsible for food supplied by the customer or venue.
12. Photography
We may occasionally take photographs during the party for promotional purposes.
We will always seek the organiser's permission beforehand and will only use images where appropriate consent has been obtained.
If you would prefer that no photographs are taken, please let us know before the event.
13. Equipment
All Pop Up Bricks equipment remains our property. We ask that:
- Children use the equipment with care.
- Equipment is not removed from the activity area.
- Bricks and equipment are returned at the end of the session.
We understand that the occasional missing brick is inevitable and do not charge for normal wear and tear. However, we reserve the right to recover the cost of equipment that is deliberately damaged, lost or removed.
14. Health & Safety
Our staff are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience.
We carry out appropriate risk assessments, maintain our equipment to a high standard and hold Public Liability Insurance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the venue complies with all applicable health and safety requirements.
15. Delays
If circumstances beyond your control delay the start of the party, we will do our best to accommodate the full session where possible.
Where this is not possible due to subsequent bookings, activities will finish at the agreed end time.
16. Cancellation by Pop Up Bricks
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, vehicle breakdown, venue closure or staff illness, we will offer either:
- An alternative date

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

- Accidents caused by defects or hazards within the customer's chosen venue.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
18. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, fire, government restrictions, industrial action or other unforeseen events.
